Early Birthday Bash at Chaophraya

We kicked off the week with an early birthday celebration for Luke at Chaophraya in Birmingham. It wasn’t just about the noodles (although they were delicious!)—Luke made some great connections, including Bas Abdul, who ensured a fantastic experience. Chaophraya is now officially on the list for future team outings!

Inspiring the Next Generation at University College Birmingham

Midweek, Luke and Eliyas Kapasi were back at University College Birmingham, representing Smart Web Design Agency and E4k Digital Agency. Luke inspired students with his journey through the digital world and shared his experience of working in tech. He also reconnected with some familiar faces, including Michelle Alwright, Teresa Byrne, Celia Lam, and Rohim Mohammed, making it a day full of inspiration and good vibes.

Business Buzz Networking Event – Fatima’s on the Case!

While Luke was inspiring future digital talent, Fatima Rajabali was representing us at the Business Buzz networking event at Chaophraya. Fatima did a fantastic job networking and making new connections, and Luke’s considering sending her to all future events featuring Buzz-branded cakes! Special shout-outs to Hatim Rajabali, off to the U.S. for the Mike Tyson fight, and Brian Drinkwater for his signature “fashionably late” entrance. A big congratulations to Chris Wrapson, Cat Lawson, George Bain, and Bas Abdul for celebrating one year of hosting Business Buzz at Chaophraya!

This week, we also took a moment to reflect on Remembrance Day, remembering the bravery and sacrifices made by those who secured our freedom. At Smart Web Design Agency, we are inspired by their courage and strive to uphold those values in our work each day.
